Fostering Change by Bridging the G.A.P. (Guide. Advocate. Provide)

Bridging the G.A.P. (Guide. Advocate. Provide.) supports youth aging out of foster care. This project is comprised of 3 categories, Project Guide, Project Advocate, and Project Provide. When youth in foster care turn 18, they are no longer part of the foster care system. Many find themselves living alone without the support, resources, and guidance of a stable family or other caring adults. Donations for this project will help Guide, Advocate, and Provide for them.
